Group Classes
Classes are taught in half-term blocks of between 5-7 weeks and cost £8 per person, per class i.e. £56 for a 7 week block. Your place in a class must be booked and paid for in advance. Please contact me by email or by telephone to book onto a Pilates course. If space is available you will need to fill out an enrolment form. (Download your enrolment form here)
Class numbers are restricted to 12 to ensure maximum supervision and support from me as your instructor. If classes are full, your name can be placed on a waiting list.
It is recommended that you attend a 1:1 session prior to enrolling onto a group course. A 1:1 assessment is essential for all clients with a recent history of injury.
Ability Level: Group classes are taught at various levels of abilities, as classified below
Beginners - Those completely new to Pilates. Designed to teach the Pilates 'basics' and provides the foundations for other courses.
Improvers - Designed for those with a sound understanding of the Pilates technique and who wish to refine their skills and broaden their exercise repertoire.
Intermediate - Designed for those who have completed a beginners course, refined the 'basics' and have good core stability. As clients progress, exercises become more challenging and are designed to increase load and develop endurance and co-ordination.
Please Note: Unfortunately there can be no refunds for missed classes but a ‘catch-up’ class may be attended at a different time within the same course term, provided a space is available!
